Withdrawal from the Agreement

If you are a privileged buyer, meaning:

A) a consumer

or

B) an individual for whom the agreement you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but does not have a professional character for you

  • you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance agreement.

You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, for example, via an email message sent to the address: edukacja@euromed.net.pl.

You can withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days.

The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins:

for an agreement in which we deliver goods and are obliged to transfer their ownership - from the moment you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes possession of the goods, and in the case of an agreement covering multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts - from the moment you take possession of the last item, batch, or part; for digital content - from the day the agreement is concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

Please return the returned goods to us promptly at the address: Grunwaldzka 137, 60-313 Poznań, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the agreement.

We will refund your payments without undue delay according to the terms indicated in the store's regulations, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the agreement.

If we did not offer to pick up the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of their return - depending on which event occurs first.

Please note that the right of withdrawal from a distance agreement does not apply, among others, to an agreement:

for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized; for the supply of perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life; for the supply of goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons, which were unsealed after delivery; for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software sealed in a package, if the package was unsealed after delivery; for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if you consented to the start of the performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. You can find detailed information about withdrawal from the agreement in our store regulations.
